Prices are based on Sayrafa rate and exclude taxes.
Need to Know:
1. To subscribe to a Web & Talk bundle, send "WTL", "WT", “WTE”, "WTM1" or "WTM2" by SMS to 1100. The bundle will be activated at the end of your billing cycle.
2. To check your remaining minutes, MBs and SMS:
- Send “C” to 1100 (free of charge).
- Download the touch self-care app (go to Current Balance).
- Or log in to my touch.
3. Subscription to the bundles will be automatically renewed every billing cycle.
4. Bundled local minutes and SMS can be used to all local networks (mobile or fixed lines), excluding calls or texts to shortcodes which will be charged to your monthly invoice. Bundled data can only be used locally.
5. Unused minutes, SMS and MBs will not be carried over to the following month.
6. Out-of-bundle consumption will be charged as follows:
- Local calls: $0.06/min
- International calls: as per the current rates.
- Data: $0.01/MB
- Text: $0.03/SMS
7. If you are already subscribed to a Web & Talk bundle and wish to subscribe to a different one, or one of My Plan packages (Voice/SMS) or data packages, the deactivation of the existing packages will take effect at the end of the billing cycle and the new Web & Talk bundle will be added accordingly.
8. To deactivate a Web & Talk bundle, send “DW” to 1100 (free of charge) or call 111. The bundle will be fully charged to your monthly bill and the deactivation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
9. The postpaid line monthly fee ($5) applies to all Web & Talk bundles.
