Need to Know:
1. To subscribe to the Social bundle, send an SMS including “SB” to 1133 (free of charge)
2. To check your remaining MBs and bundle status:
- Send “CSB” to 1133 (free of charge)
- Download the touch self-care app and go to ‘Current Balance’
- Or log in to my touch
3. All postpaid customers, whether subscribed to High Speed Internet or not, can benefit from the Social Bundle.
4. Subscription to the bundle will be automatically renewed every billing cycle.
5. Data consumption is capped at 1GB/month - additional MB usage does not apply. Any remaining MBs will not be carried over upon auto-renewal.
6. To deactivate the Social bundle, send an SMS including “DSB” to 1133 (free of charge). The bundle will be fully charged to your monthly bill and the deactivation will take effect immediately.
