Need to Know

You will need to complete the following when requesting a postpaid line:

  • Copy of an ID.
  • Cash deposit or Bank Direct Debit (For categorized numbers, the BDD should be issued in the name of the line holder or a direct family member)
  • Circular and a commercial registration (for companies only)
  • Company by Laws نظام تأسيسي (for companies only)
  • The MOF registration certificate شهادة تسجيل لدى وزارة المالية stating the company’s registration number
  • Delegation form (for companies only) when assigning someone on the company's behalf 
  • Completed and signed touch contract

When using your line for the first time insert the SIM card into your handset and switch it on. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 0000#. For security reasons, it is recommended to modify the default PIN code from your handset.
