Introducing the e-Auction, a new fully digital sales channel on touch’s website and mobile app.

Through the e-Auction, registered users may bid anonymously during designated auction periods on special categorized numbers: Chrome, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond B and Diamond A.

To participate, users must register in the Auction section and pay a registration fee. Only pre-registered users may place bids which cannot be withdrawn once submitted. When bidding closes, the highest bidder will be notified by SMS, email, and phone. He/she then should settle the required payment (including VAT) and collect their SIM card from touch headquarters within 7 days otherwise the number may be re-auctioned.

All bidding takes place online under our published terms and conditions and non-compliant participants may be blacklisted.
