How to subscribe:
- Entitled customers are Lebanese people registered at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
- Customers (or designated delegates) must visit touch service centers and present their Handicap ID, the Lebanese ID to benefit from a new Ma3ak plan.
- The new line fee (including the bundle) is $7.5 and can be purchased in LBP based on Sayrafa rate
- If already a touch prepaid subscriber, customer should present in addition to the required documents, the prepaid touch SIM card. A minimum amount of $1.5 is required to perform a successful switch at touch premises. To note that the available balance will remain, however the validity will be reset to 30 days & any active services will be lost.
- Ma3ak line can be recaptured if still available at $7.5.
- Blocked and lost SIM reissue costs $1.67.
- Customers who are not able to present themselves to our premises and assigning delegates on their behalf must fill and sign the delegation form.
- Each customer can only benefit from 1 "Ma3ak" line.

1-To recharge your line:
Dial *200*14-digit secret code of the recharge voucher# and press "OK" (free of charge).
Or download the touch self-care app and go to Recharge Services, 3 options are available there:
- Self-Recharge: Recharge your line by entering the 14-digit secret code of the recharge voucher
- e-Recharge: Recharge your line through credit or debit card
- Post-to-Pre: Recharge your line from a touch postpaid line
You can also receive $1.5 Credit Transfer from a touch prepaid or postpaid line and the Ma3ak bundle will be automatically renewed at the expiry date.
2-To check the account balance and validity: Dial *220# (free of charge) or download the touch self-care app and go to Current Balance.
3-Bundle’s minutes and SMS are for local usage only. They exclude calling or texting shortcodes, which will be deducted from your line main balance.
4-Active data plans on the line will be consumed successively as follows:
- First the Whatsapp MB
- Followed by Ma3ak Plan Internet MB
- Followed by HSI MB
- And finally PAY As You Go MB ($0.01/MB)
