Services prices are based on Sayrafa rate and exclude taxes.
The Calling Line Identification Restriction - With User Control (Advanced CLIR) offers two options:
Option A:
Take control and hide your number at will when making calls. With this feature your number is always displayed and can be restricted from your end on a call-by-call basis by dialing #31#8 digit GSM Number.
Example: #31#03xxxxxx or #31#70xxxxxx or #31#71xxxxxx, etc. and press OK.
Option B:
Disclose your number when you want. With this feature your number is always restricted and can be shown on a call-by-call basis by dialing*31#8 digit GSM Number. Example: *31#03xxxxxx or *31#70xxxxxx or *31#71xxxxxx, etc. and press OK.

XYou can settle your touch invoice at any of the following channels without the need for direct debits or any other documents:

Bank Direct Debit
XEnjoy seamless bill payment and settle your invoice directly through your bank. Simply provide a Bank Direct Debit (BDD) addressed to “MIC2”.
Need to Know:
- The BDD issuance date should not be older than 1 month.
- If the line holder is the bank account owner, his/her name should be mentioned on the related form and should be signed by him/her.
- Categorized numbers installed after 14-Dec-2010, should have a BDD with the bank account owner being the line holder.
- If the subscriber has submitted a BDD where he/she is not the bank account owner, then the name should be mentioned clearly as follows: Before the “bi zimmat” the name of the line’s holder should be mentioned at the bottom of the page, the bank account owner should write his/her name and sign.
Bill e-Pay
XWith Bill e-Pay, settle your postpaid line invoice using any internet-enabled debit card (issued from Lebanon) or credit card (issued from Lebanon and the Arab countries) with a few clicks!
Via our website:
1. Type in your username and password (if you are registered), otherwise create a new account.
2. Go to "My touch" then "My Usage" and click on "Pay my bill".
3. Follow the instructions to ensure the payment of your invoice.

Control calls from your mobile phone with the call barring feature. Call barring enables you to bar categories of outgoing and/or incoming calls.
Four different Call Barring categories are offered:

Four different call forward options are offered:
- Call Forwarding unconditional (All calls).
- Call Forwarding on busy.
- Call Forwarding on no reply.
- Call Forwarding on unreachable.

With Caller ID, you can identify the person calling you before answering your phone without the need for internet or the installation of an app.
Need to Know:
- You can manage your Caller ID profile by sending any of the below commands by SMS to 1460:
To unlist your number, send "U".
To list your number, send "List".
To change how your name gets displayed to your call recipients, send "N" followed by the new name.
To turn on the service, send "ON".
To turn off the service, send "OFF". The service is automatically renewed. - To deactivate the Caller ID service, send an SMS including “DCID” to 1460.
- For help, send an SMS including “HELP” to 1460 or dial +961381313509 (normal minute rate applies).
Never miss a call if your line is busy with another. With Call Wait/Hold you can:
- Answer the second incoming call, reject it, or simply ignore it
- Put the active call on hold, make or answer another one.
- Shift between the two calls, if one is on hold and the other is active.

Always know who is calling you with the CLIP (Caller Line Identification Presentation) feature that allows the display of the calling number on your mobile handset screen.
You want to keep your calls anonymous? With CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction), you can permanently disable the display of your number upon making calls.
Show your beloved ones how much you care with Credit Transfer. This service allows you to transfer credit from your postpaid line to any active prepaid magic subscriber in a safe, fast and easy way.
Activation
Simply send an SMS from your postpaid line to 1155 containing the 8-digits mobile number of the prepaid magic customer to whom you wish to transfer the credit to and voilà, the transfer is done! $1 will be added to the magic number’s balance.
For example, to transfer credit to the magic number 03xxxxxx or 70xxxxxx or 71xxxxxx etc.
Write in the SMS field: 03xxxxxx or 70xxxxxx or 71xxxxxx etc. and send it to 1155.

Need to Know
- This service is activated by default (no subscription is required) and it's available after the first three months from line activation.
- Each valid SMS to 1155 from Party A will be charged $1.09, and accordingly $1 will be transferred to Party B (magic) balance.
- The transfer fee is $0.09 per transaction.
- You can undertake up to 10 successful transfers per cycle.
- The transferred balance applies to credit only and will not affect validity.
- This service cannot be used while roaming abroad.

Detailed Bill
XThe Detailed Bill service gives you, along with your monthly invoice summary, a list of the date, time, dialed number, duration of call, and call charges of all your local, international and/or roaming outgoing calls. It also provides you the date, time and charges of all outgoing short messages.
Need to Know
When subscribed to this service, you will receive the monthly summary invoice along with its details. Nevertheless you can claim the Detailed Bill on Request for free if related to the latest billed month; otherwise additional fees apply if requesting details for previous months.

XWith Door to Door, save time by having your invoice directly collected from your home.
All you need to subscribe is to contact DNC Liban on 01-586666 and 01-585390 and collectors will visit you when your invoice is due. An extra charge is paid for DNC Liban upon collection.

International Access allows you to dial international numbers and it is activated by default on your line.

Don’t miss any call after today! Missed call SMS Notification allows you to receive an SMS alert of any unsuccessful call attempt to your line.
- If you forward your calls on busy, you will receive the Missed Call SMS Notification message only if someone tried to call you while your line was busy.
- If you forward your calls on unreachable, you will receive the Missed Call SMS Notification message only if someone tried to call you while your line was switched off or if in a no coverage area.
- If you forward all your calls, you will be totally unreachable and you will receive the Missed Call SMS Notification message of all call attempts.
Activation
For activation simply forward your incoming calls to 03-800164 in any of the following conditions: Busy, Unreachable or Unconditional.
Alternatively, you can also activate the service by dialing:

Need to Know
- The short message notification includes the Caller ID, number of calls (or attempts), date and time of last call attempt only.
- The service requires Call Forward as a prerequisite.
Make it possible to communicate simultaneously with up to 5 parties with Multi-Party Conference.
Activation
- Put your active call on hold.
- Call a new party.
- Press 3 then OK.
- Repeat the steps to add more parties.

Please note that this feature requires the Call Wait\Hold as a prerequisite.
My Status
XLooking to inform your callers what you are up to before they reach you? With MyStatus, you can! Simply write a message and it will be displayed on the screen of the calling party.
Whether you are at work, at school, in a meeting or working out, all you have to do is write a status about it and the ones calling you will be updated!

How to subscribe

Need to Know
- Upon activation, the service will be fully charged and stays valid for one billing cycle (postpaid)/30 calendar days (prepaid). The service is automatically renewed.
- To deactivate, send “D” (free of charge) to 1460, visit touch mobile app/website or MyStatus mobile app/portal.
- Upon service cancelation or switch between “MyStatus premium” and “MyStatus basic”, the setup (set status, groups created) will be deleted.
- Service remains active if line is busy, diverted to another number, or in case A or B party are roamers.
- MyStatus flash SMS is not displayed if the calling party line is out of reach. The flash message is limited to 145 Latin or Arabic characters.
- Service subscription\cancellation is not possible while roaming abroad.
Name Tag
XWith the Name Tag service you can set a word instead of your number for people to reach you on. Callers only dial # followed by your chosen word’s corresponding letters on the phone dial pad.
Activation
Send an SMS including # followed by the Name Tag desired to 1434.
The service is available to prepaid and postpaid clients and its monthly fee varies depending on the word’s character count:
- 3 characters: $100/month
- 4 characters and 5+ same pattern: $33.34/month (i.e. 1111, 22222, 333333, etc.)
- 5 characters: $20/month
- 6 characters: $10/month
- 7+ characters: $5/month
Need to Know
- Name Tags can be composed of letters, numbers or both, for example: #555, # 123123, #karim911, #sweet etc.
- Name Tags length can be between 3 and 14 characters.
- To check name availability, send # followed by the requested Name Tag to 1434. If the Name Tag is available, you will receive a confirmation SMS in addition to the related cost.
- To deactivate a Name Tag, send an SMS including Del# the chosen nametag to 1434.
- To check the list of Name Tags assigned to your mobile number, send an SMS including Check# to 1434.
Keep your loved ones close; with Postpaid SMS Roaming you can send/receive SMS to/from any number anywhere in the world while abroad without a cash or bank guarantee.

Activation
Simply send an SMS from your postpaid line to 1166 containing the 8-digits mobile number you wish to recharge, followed by “R” and the denomination you wish to recharge for:
- “10” for the 10 days voucher.
- “30” for the 30 days voucher.
Example:
- 03XXXXXXR10 or 70XXXXXXR10 or 71XXXXXXR10 etc.
- 03XXXXXXR30 or 70XXXXXXR30 or 71XXXXXXR30 etc.
Need to Know
- The SMS sent to 1166 is free of charge
- The recharge voucher amount (denomination + VAT) will be directly billed to your invoice whereas the prepaid magic line will be recharged with the chosen amount and its validity.
- If the message sent to 1166 is invalid/incorrect, you will not be charged and will be notified that your message is incorrect. Only successful transactions will be billed and both parties will receive a confirmation SMS.
- During your billing life cycle (1 month), you can recharge up to $25 with your choice of 10 or 30 days recharge vouchers:

- Either recharge up to 6 times using the 10 days value- Or recharge up to 3 times using the 30 days value ($7.58 recharge voucher) - This service is available after the first three months from line activation.

Samme3ni RBT

With the new “Samme3ni” Ring Back Tone (RBT) service from touch, replace the standard call connecting tone your callers usually hear with a variety of options. Choose what best reflects your mood from music (Arabic, English, French and Armenian) to jokes or even poems. Upon purchasing a tone, you can select whether a friend or all your callers will hear it when they call you. You can also offer your touch contacts a "Samme3ni" tone for their callers to enjoy!
Activation
Dial 1001 and purchase a tone and “Samme3ni” will be automatically activated on your line. You can then assign it to one or several numbers.
Or you can copy a tone when calling someone (B party) who is already subscribed to “Samme3ni”. Just press the star key (*) to activate the tone you hear on your line. Note that if the B party is subscribed to the CLIR service, copying the tone is not possible.
Need to know
- Purchased tones are valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed at expiry date. You will receive a notification SMS three days prior to renewal, as well as on the day of renewal. You can always delete a tone at any time from your library.
- The "Samme3ni" service will be deactivated when all tones are deleted or when you request to deactivate it by sending "Delete" to 1412 (free of charge)
