Advance Airtime
XAdvance Airtime allows you to have an advance on your line balance when your credit falls below $0.34.
Activation
Once you reach the $0.34 threshold, you will automatically receive an SMS mentioning the eligible Advance Airtime amount. Simply send “Y” to 1011 to opt-in and receive the Advance Airtime.
You can at any time send Stop or Start to 1011 to stop/start receiving Advance Airtime promotional messages.
Need to know
- You can check the Advance Airtime balance via USSD by typing *250# or via our website/mobile app.
- The Advance Airtime amount will be reimbursed, in addition to a service fee, upon your next recharge.
- As long as the Advance Airtime amount has not been fully reimbursed you cannot benefit from another Advance Airtime.
- You can benefit from this service during the Active and Grace periods.
- Service subscription\cancellation is not possible while roaming abroad.

With Call Forward you can forward your calls to any other local number.
Four different call forward options are offered:
- Call Forward unconditional (All calls)

Activation
To activate the service call 111 and then simply forward your incoming calls in any of the following conditions:

Forwarding calls while abroad is subject to the visited operator's tariffs.
Caller ID
XWith Caller ID, you can identify the person calling you before answering your phone without the need for internet or the installation of an app.
How to Subscribe:
Send an SMS including the activation code of the desired bundle to 1460.

Need to Know:
- You can manage your Caller ID profile by sending any of the below commands by SMS to 1460:
- To unlist your number, send "U"
- To list your number, send "List"
- To change how your name gets displayed to your call recipients, send "N" followed by the new name
- To turn on the service, send "ON"
- To turn off the service, send "OFF" - The service is automatically renewed if the line is in active or grace period.
- To deactivate the Caller ID service, send an SMS including “DCID” to 1460.
- For help, send an SMS including “HELP” to 1460 or dial +961381313509 (normal minute rate applies).
With Call Wait/Hold you can:
- Answer the second incoming call, reject it, or simply ignore it.
- Put the active call on hold, make or answer another one.
- Shift between the two calls, if one is on hold and the other is active.

With Credit Me, you can now ask family and friends using touch to send you credit whenever you need it.
Need to Know
- To request credit, dial: *240*amount*the mobile number you’re requesting credit from#
- The Credit Me service is free of charge
- You can undertake up to 10 Credit Me requests per day
- The party you are requesting credit from will receive an SMS from touch; they can then transfer you credit through our Credit Transfer service (postpaid/magic).
- You can benefit from this service during the line active period.
Credit Transfer allows you to send/receive credit to/from any other prepaid magic customer in a safe, fast and easy way!
Activation
Simply send an SMS to 1199 including the number of the person you would like to transfer the credit to, followed by the letter “T’ and the amount to be transferred as follows “03xxxxxxTy’’.
For example to transfer $1, write in the SMS field: 03xxxxxxT1 or 70xxxxxxT1 or 71xxxxxxT1 etc. then send it to 1199
Need to know
- The transferred balance applies to credit only and will not affect validity.
- You can transfer the following amounts: $0.5, $1, $1.5, $2, $2.5 & $3.
- The transfer is considered successful if the remaining balance of the transferor is minimum $0.54 after the transaction.
- If you are in the 5 days grace period, you cannot send/receive credit to/from any other magic party.
- This service cannot be used while roaming abroad.

Always know who is calling you with the CLIP (Caller Line Identification Presentation) feature that allows the display of the calling number on your mobile handset screen.
With CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction), you can show or hide your number, at will, when making calls.
How to Subscribe?
- Send an SMS to 1188 including "CLIR" or via the touch mobile app.
- Subscription to the service will be automatically renewed every 30 days, during active or grace period for magic and during active or recharge only period for Bil Khidmeh, if there is enough credit. Otherwise, the service will be deactivated.
Need to Know
- To hide your number when calling, dial #31# followed by the 8-digit mobile number (starting with 03, 70, 71, etc.). Example: To hide your number when calling 03xxxxxx, dial #31#8-digit mobile number.
- To deactivate the CLIR service, send “DCL” to 1188 or via the touch mobile app. Once the service is deactivated, you still benefit from it until validity date is reached.
e-Recharge
XWith e-Recharge, refill any prepaid magic line using any internet-enabled debit card (issued from Lebanon) or credit card (issued from Lebanon & the Arab countries) from the comfort of your seat!
All you need to do is:
- Click here to Recharge Online
- Enter the mobile number you want to recharge
- Choose the desired recharge voucher
- Enter your credit card number to pay online the price of the voucher (including VAT and Stamp Duty).
- Follow the instructions to ensure the recharging process
After a successful payment through the bank’s gateway, your selected magic line will be recharged directly and you will receive a confirmation SMS. Only the amount of the denomination chosen including VAT and Stamp Duty will be charged with no additional fees. Voila, your card is recharged!

With Emergency Airtime, prepaid customers, active for more than three months, will be able to go below their current $0 balance threshold by maximum $0.64 thus reaching a negative balance of $0.64.
NEED TO KNOW
- To check the Emergency Airtime balance: Dial *220# or log in to our website/mobile app.
- You can benefit from this service during the Active and Grace periods.
- You should be a magic customer for at least 3 months to use the service.
- Emergency Airtime can be used to undertake any mobile activity (Make calls/send SMS/activate or renew Services/bundles).
- To opt out send DSOS to 1177 and to re-opt in send SOS to 1177 (not possible while roaming abroad).
With Emergency Validity, you can now get additional days on your line even when you are out of credit.
How to Subscribe
Send an SMS to 1177 including “EV1” for 1 extra validity day, “EV3” for 3 extra validity days or “EV5” for 5 extra validity days.

Need to Know

How to Subscribe?
- Send an SMS to 1188 including "MCSMS" or via the touch mobile app.
- Subscription to the service will be automatically renewed every 30 days, during active or grace period for magic and during active or recharge only period for Bil Khidmeh, if there is enough credit. Otherwise, the service will be deactivated.
Activation
After 24 hours from subscribing to the service, simply divert your voice calls to 03800164 in any of the following conditions: Busy, Unreachable or Unconditional.
Alternatively, you can also activate the service by dialing:

Need to Know
- The SMS notification includes the mobile number of the caller, the number of call attempts, date and time of last call attempt only.

Whether you are at work, at school, in a meeting or working out, all you have to do is write a status about it and the ones calling you will be updated!

Need to Know
- Upon activation, the service will be fully charged and stays valid for one billing cycle (postpaid)/30 calendar days (prepaid). The service is automatically renewed.
- To deactivate, send “D” (free of charge) to 1460, visit touch mobile app/website or MyStatus mobile app/portal.
- Upon service cancelation or switch between MyStatus services, the setup (set status, groups created) will be deleted.
- Service remains active if line is busy, diverted to another number, or in case A or B party are roamers.
- MyStatus flash SMS is not displayed if the calling party line is out of reach. The flash message is limited to 145 Latin or Arabic characters.
- Service subscription\cancellation is not possible while roaming abroad.
Name Tag
XWith the Name Tag service you can set a word instead of your number for people to reach you on. Callers only dial # followed by your chosen word’s corresponding letters on the phone dial pad.
Activation
Send an SMS including # followed by the Name Tag desired to 1434.
The service is available to prepaid and postpaid clients and its monthly fee varies depending on the word’s character count:
- 3 characters: $100/month
- 4 characters and 5+ same pattern: $33.34/month (i.e. 1111, 22222, 333333, etc.)
- 5 characters: $20/month
- 6 characters: $10/month
- 7+ characters: $5/month
Need to Know
- Name Tags can be composed of letters, numbers or both, for example: #555, # 123123, #karim911, #sweet etc.
- Name Tags length can be between 3 and 14 characters.
- To check name availability, send # followed by the requested Name Tag to 1434. If the Name Tag is available, you will receive a confirmation SMS in addition to the related cost.
- To deactivate a Name Tag, send an SMS including Del# the chosen nametag to 1434.
- To check the list of Name Tags assigned to your mobile number, send an SMS including Check# to 1434.
PIN Recharge
XAnother easy and convenient way to recharge your prepaid line! With “PIN Recharge”, anyone registered to our site can recharge another person’s prepaid line.
This service means prepaid customers never have to run out of credit, even if they’re abroad; now family or friends can top-up your line and vice-versa.
All you need is internet access and a few simple steps:
- Buy a recharge card
- Logon to the touch website with your username and password (otherwise register)
- Click on “My touch” and choose “PIN Recharge”
- Fill in all relevant details of the prepaid line you would like to recharge
- Click “submit”
Voila, the recharge is complete! Prepaid customers receiving credit will get a confirmation SMS informing them of the recharge.
Post to Pre Recharge
X‘Post to Pre Recharge’ service enables any postpaid customer to recharge any prepaid line in a safe, fast and easy way.
Activation
Any postpaid number can send an SMS to 1166 including the 8-digit prepaid mobile number followed by “R” and the denomination you wish to recharge:
- “10” for the 10 days voucher with $3.79 credits.
- “30” for the 30 days voucher with $7.58 credits.
Example:
- 03XXXXXXR10 or 70XXXXXXR10 or 71XXXXXXR10 etc.
- 03XXXXXXR30 or 70XXXXXXR30 or 71XXXXXXR30 etc.
Need to Know
Postpaid lines can benefit from this service after the first three months from the line activation.
- The SMS sent to 1166 is free of charge.
- The recharge voucher amount (denomination + taxes) will be directly billed to the postpaid line's invoice whereas the prepaid line will be recharged with the chosen amount and validity.
- Both parties will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful transaction.
- A postpaid line can send ‘Post to Pre” recharges up to $25 during a billing life cycle (1 month) with the choice of 10 or 30 days recharge vouchers.
Example: Either recharge up to 6 times using the 10 days value ($3.79 recharge voucher) or recharge up to 3 times using the 30 days value ($7.58 recharge voucher) - Postpaid lines cannot use this service while roaming abroad.
Samme3ni RBT
XLet your callers know how you feel.
With the new Ring Back Tone (RBT) service “Samme3ni” from touch, replace the standard call connecting tone your callers usually hear with a variety of options.
Choose what best reflects your mood from music (Arabic, English, French and Armenian) to jokes or even poems.
Upon purchasing a tone, you can select whether a friend or all your callers will hear it when they call you.
You can also offer your touch contacts a "Samme3ni" tone for their callers to enjoy!
Activation
Simply dial 1001, purchase a tone and “Samme3ni” will be automatically activated on your line. Choose the tone that you want, and then assign it to one or several numbers.
Or you can copy a tone when calling someone (B party) who is already subscribed to “Samme3ni”. Just press the star key (*) to activate the tone you hear on your line. Note that if the B party is subscribed to the CLIR service, copying the tone is not possible.
Need to know
- Purchased tones are valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed at expiry date. You will receive a notification SMS three days prior to renewal, as well as on the day of renewal. You can always delete a tone at any time from your library.
- The "Samme3ni" service will be deactivated when all tones are deleted or when you request to deactivate it by sending "Delete" to 1412 (free of charge).
- During the grace period, you can dial 1001 and manage your account but purchasing tones is not possible.

- You will not be able to make/receive voice calls while roaming.
- You will not be able to send SMS while roaming during the 5 days grace period.

Third Party Recharge
XAnother simple and convenient way for you to recharge the lines of other prepaid customers.
All you need is the secret code of a recharge voucher. Afterwards just dial from your handset *300*9613xxxxxx*14-digit secret code# then press ok, and the recharge is complete!
Prepaid customers receiving the credit you sent will get an informative message with their new balance & validity, while you will receive a notification confirming the transaction.

Activation

NEED TO KNOW
- The maximum amount that can be transferred is 10 days and the minimum is 1 day.
- The transfer is considered successful if the sender has a minimum remaining validity of 2 days and a minimum balance of $0.17 after the transaction.
Enjoy the convenience of a mailbox with the voice mail feature that notifies by SMS whenever a new voice message is deposited in your voice mailbox.
Activation

Need to Know
If the caller leaves a voice message, the SMS notification will only alert you of the new voice message.

Zero Balance
XWith Zero Balance, you can perform a missed call even if you don’t have enough balance.
Need to Know
Whenever A party (with insufficient balance) tries to call B party:
- B party receives a missed call notification
- A party receives an SMS informing him/her that B party has been notified of the attempted call
- If B party is unreachable, busy, etc. no missed call notification will show
- A party is entitled for 20 missed calls per day in total to any B party number
