With CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction), you can show or hide your number, at will, when making calls.

How to Subscribe?

• Send an SMS to 1188 including "CLIR" or via the touch mobile app.
• Subscription to the service will be automatically renewed every 30 days, during active or recharge only period, if there is enough credit. Otherwise, the service will be deactivated.

• You can manage your Caller ID profile by sending any of the below commands by SMS to 1460:
  - To unlist your number, send "U"
  - To list your number, send "List"
  - To change how your name gets displayed to your call recipients, send "N" followed by the new name 
  - To turn on the service, send "ON"
  - To turn off the service, send "OFF" 
• The service is automatically renewed if the line is in active or grace period. 
• To deactivate the Caller ID service, send an SMS including “DCID” to 1460.
• For help, send an SMS including “HELP” to 1460 or dial +961381313509 (normal minute rate applies).

• Call Forward unconditional (All calls)
• Call Forward on busy
• Call Forward on no reply
• Call Forward on unreachable

Activation

To activate the service call 111 and then simply forward your incoming calls in any of the following conditions: 

• Call Forward unconditional: Press **21*(area code)(phone number)#OK
• Call Forward when busy: Press **67*(area code)(phone number)#OK
• Call Forward when no reply: Press **61*(area code)(phone number)#OK
• Call Forward when unreachable: Press **62*(area code)(phone number)#OK 

Deactivation

• Call Forward unconditional: Press #21#OK
• Call Forward when busy: Press #67#OK
• Call Forward when no reply: Press #61#OK
• Call Forward when unreachable: Press #62#OK
• All Call Forward: Press ##002#OK

Forwarding calls while abroad is subject to the visited operator's tariffs. 

With Call Wait/Hold you can:

• Answer the second incoming call, reject it, or simply ignore it.
• Put the active call on hold, make or answer another one.
• Shift between the two calls, if one is on hold and the other is active.

• For activation, press *43#OK
• For deactivation, press #43#OK

• Enter your credit card number to pay online the price of the voucher (including VAT and Stamp Duty).

NEED TO KNOW

• To check the Emergency Airtime balance: Dial *220# or log in to our website/mobile app.
• You can benefit from this service during the Active period.
• You should be a prepaid customer for at least 3 months to use the service.
• Emergency Airtime can be used to undertake any mobile activity (Make calls/send SMS/activate or renew Services/bundles).
• To opt out send DSOS to 1177 and to re-opt in send SOS to 1177 (not possible while roaming abroad).

Need to Know

• The SMS notification includes the mobile number of the caller, the number of call attempts, date and time of last call attempt only.
• To unsubscribe, send “DMC” to 1188 or via the touch mobile app. Once the service is deactivated, you still benefit from it until validity date is reached.

• Repeat the steps to add more parties

This service requires the Call Wait\Hold as a prerequisite. 

Looking to inform your callers what you are up to before they reach you? With MyStatus, you can!  Simply write a message and it will be displayed on the screen of the calling party.  

With the Name Tag service you can set a word instead of your number for people to reach you on. Callers only dial # followed by your chosen word’s corresponding letters on the phone dial pad.

Activation

• 3 characters: $100/month
• 4 characters and 5+ same pattern: $33.34/month (i.e. 1111, 22222, 333333, etc.) 
• 5 characters: $20/month 
• 6 characters: $10/month
• 7+ characters: $5/month

Need to Know

• Name Tags can be composed of letters, numbers or both, for example: #555, # 123123, #karim911, #sweet etc. 
• Name Tags length can be between 3 and 14 characters. 
• To check name availability, send # followed by the requested Name Tag to 1434. If the Name Tag is available, you will receive a confirmation SMS in addition to the related cost. 
• To deactivate a Name Tag, send an SMS including Del# the chosen nametag to 1434. 
• To check the list of Name Tags assigned to your mobile number, send an SMS including Check# to 1434.

Activation

• “30” for the 30 days voucher with $4.50 credit.

• 03XXXXXXR30 or 70XXXXXXR30 or 71XXXXXXR30 etc.

Need to Know

Postpaid lines can benefit from this service after the first three months from the line activation.

• The SMS sent to 1166 is free of charge.
• The recharge voucher amount (denomination + taxes) will be directly billed to the postpaid line's invoice whereas the prepaid line will be recharged with the chosen amount and validity.
• Both parties will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful transaction.
• A postpaid line can send ‘Post to Pre” recharges up to $30 during a billing life cycle (1 month) with a 30-day recharge voucher.
  Example: You may recharge up to 6 times using the 30-day value ($4.50 recharge voucher)
• Postpaid lines cannot use this service while roaming abroad.
