Don’t miss any call after today! Missed call SMS Notification allows you to receive an SMS alert of any unsuccessful call attempt to your line.
How to Subscribe?
- Send an SMS to 1188 including "MCSMS" or via the touch mobile app.
- Subscription to the service will be automatically renewed every 30 days, during active or recharge only period, if there is enough credit. Otherwise, the service will be deactivated.
Activation
After 24 hours from subscribing to the service, simply divert your voice calls to 03800164 in any of the following conditions: Busy, Unreachable or Unconditional.
Alternatively, you can also activate the service by dialing:
- For Unconditional: **21*03800164# OK
- For Busy: **67*03800164# OK
- For Unreachable: **62*03800164# OK

Need to Know
- The SMS notification includes the mobile number of the caller, the number of call attempts, date and time of last call attempt only.
- To unsubscribe, send “DMC” to 1188 or via the touch mobile app. Once the service is deactivated, you still benefit from it until validity date is reached.
