How to subscribe
- Send by SMS the activation code of your desired Mobile Internet bundle: M1 for 1GB, M7 for 7GB, M25 for 25GB, M50 for 50GB, M85 for 85GB, M120 for 120GB, M475 for 475GB to 1188.
For the Off-Peak Mobile Internet bundle, send OP40 to 1188. - Download the touch self-care app and go to My Services.
- Pass by any of our Service Centers/POPs/Certified Outlets in person with an ID, to get a postpaid data-only SIM, dongle or router.
Need to know
- To check the remaining MBs send “CMI” by SMS to 1180, dial*220#, or download the touch self-care app and go to Current Balance.
- The service charges will be prorated from the activation date till the end of the billing cycle in addition to one month fees in advance. MB allocation will be prorated from the activation date till the end of the billing cycle.
- As of the next billing cycle, you will receive SMS alerts about consumed MBs.
- To deactivate your current Mobile Internet bundle, send “DMI” to 1188 or download the touch self-care app, go to my Services and the service will be deactivated immediately.
- In order to upgrade your Mobile Internet service, you need to deactivate the current active Mobile Internet bundle then subscribe to the desired new offer.
- Pay As You Go offer: you can benefit from PAYG offer to access the internet from your voice line without subscription fees; charges are $0.05/MB.
- For the Off-Peak Mobile Internet Bundle: Customers are allowed to subscribe to the bundle only once per billing cycle. If customer requests to deactivate the package, it will be deactivated at the end of his billing cycle and he will be charged full amount.
- To deactivate the Off-Peak Mobile Internet bundle, send by SMS "DOP" to 1188, or online through touch self-care App or website, or through 111 and service center and Points of Presence (POPs).
- Note that deactivation of the Off-Peak Mobile Internet bundle occurs upon bundle’s expiry date and customer will keep on benefiting from the remaining bundle’s MB until the bundle is deactivated.
- MBs are for local usage and cannot be carried over to the following month.
