How to Subscribe
- New “Bil Khidmeh” line is at $7.5 (including the bundle). Eligible members must visit any touch service center/POP and present the required documents (listed below).
- Existing prepaid customers migrating to a “Bil Khidmeh” line should present in addition to the required documents their touch prepaid SIM card. A minimun amount of $1.5 is required to perfrom a successful switch. Note that the available balance will remain, however the validity will be reset to 30 days & any active services will be lost.
- Blocked and lost SIM reissue costs $1.67.
- Officers are eligible to 2 “Bil Khidmeh” lines and soldiers to 1 “Bil Khidmeh” line.

Documents Needed:
- Lebanese Army: members including contractuals and contractual Martyrs' familiies need to refer to the LAF administration.
Only in case of line recapture or SIM change they may visit any of touch service centers/PoPs:
- LAF members to submit the specimen no.2- LAF Contractual to submit the contractual ID- LAF Martyr’s Family beneficiary to submit the Martyrs Family ID - Lebanese Armed Forces Association (Veterans): membership card and a declaration form
- Internal Security Forces: Internal Security ID
- State Security: State Security ID
- Municipal Police: statement from the municipality or municipal ID card, along with the civil ID
- Civil Defense: civil defense ID and a Civil ID
- General Security members need to refer to the General Security administration
- Red Cross: red cross ID or laisser passer and a Civil ID
