Need to Know 

Postpaid  
  • You can benefit from our Pay As You Go offer to access the internet from your voice line without subscription fees; charges are $0.05/MB.
  • Postpaid data-only SIM price is $6 (excl. VAT and Stamp Duty); it can be purchased in LBP based on Sayrafa rate.
  • To check your consumption, send “HSC” to 1180 (free of charge), log in to “my touch” or via touch self-care app.
  • To deactivate your current High Speed Internet bundle, send “DHS” to 1188 and the service will be deactivated immediately.
  • To renew/upgrade your High Speed Internet service, deactivate any current HSI bundle then send the code of the desired new offer (HS1/HS2/HS3/HS4/HS5/HS6/HS7/HS8/HS9/HS10/HS11) to 1188.
  • If you have a data-only subscription, you benefit from sending and receiving local/international SMS.
  • Unused MBs will not be carried over to the following month.
  • High Speed Internet can only be used locally.
Prepaid
  • Prepaid data-only SIM price is $17 including $11 of credit (excl. VAT and Stamp Duty); it can be purchased in LBP based on Sayrafa rate.
  • To check your remaining MBs, dial *220# or log in to “my touch”.
  • If you have a data-only subscription, you benefit from sending and receiving local/international SMS.
  • Upon initial activation of the data-only SIM, subscribe to one of the above offers within 30 days from activation to prevent card expiry.
  • Data-only SIM will be valid for 4 months from the date of the most recent HSI offer activation.
  • High Speed Internet offer will be valid for 1 month from subscription date.
  • The HSI service will be automatically deactivated once validity is reached or MBs are fully depleted.
  • Recharge your line through the following channels using any prepaid voucher:
    a. Self-Recharge.
    b. Pin Recharge.
    c. Third Party USSD Recharge.
    d. E-Recharge.
    e. Post to Pre Recharge.
    f. Credit Transfer.  
  • Unused MBs will not be carried over to the following month.
  • High Speed Internet can only be used locally.
