Nibal Salameh - Chief Financial Officer 

 

Nibal Salameh leads the financial strategy, planning, and performance at touch as Chief Financial Officer.  With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, she provides expert leadership in financial management, governance, and operational excellence.

 

Nibal has strengthened the Finance & Administration function by overseeing accounting, taxation, procurement, revenue assurance, and risk management. She has implemented robust financial controls and enhanced compliance frameworks, contributing to greater efficiency, transparency, and fiscal responsibility.

 

She ensures that touch’s financial operations fully comply with the requirements of the Republic of Lebanon, MIC2, and other key stakeholders, maintaining strong regulatory compliance and financial integrity throughout the organization. Nibal also leads strategic financial planning and business analysis efforts that promote sustainable growth.

 

Nibal holds a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in Money, Finance, and International Economics, from Saint Joseph University.
