Services and products covered by touch Express include prepaid and postpaid lines as well as data router purchasing, in addition to SIM replacement.
Touch Express reduces customer effort through delivery of touch products to the customer’s address for 7 USD. In the initial phase, the scope of the service covers Greater Beirut to guarantee an on-time delivery within 3 hours and to meet the highest standards of quality.
Vice Chairman and General Manager of touch, Wassim Mansour underlined the value of touch Express as a timesaving service for customers looking to purchase touch products. He said, “Touch Express is part of touch’s customer-centric strategy that seeks to understand customers and identify their needs, while providing them with a wide range of cutting-edge products and services.”
Touch Express was launched after conducting a market survey that revealed that more than 70% of surveyed postpaid customers are interested in a delivery service.
