Public Sector prepaid offers cater to the employees and contractors of Public Administrations (technical and administrative divisions), as well as employees and contractors of Public Bodies and Institutions, in addition to Ogero employees.
The offers allow the eligible members to benefit from special rates on local minutes, SMS and internet, and conveniently control their expenses.

How to subcribe
- Only eligible customers having a touch prepaid line can switch to a Public Sector line
- Customers should visit any touch service centers/PoP, present the personal ID, the profession ID and the touch prepaid sim card
- Eligible customers are entitled only to 1 Public Sector line (either Public Sector 1 or Public Sector 2)

- To check the account balance, bundle details and validity: Dial *220# and press "OK" (free of charge) or download the touch self-care app (go to Current Balance)
- To check your current profile's plan: Send "prof" or "profile" to 1144 (free of charge)

1. Switching offers:
Switch to Public Sector offer:
- Magic, Start, Smart and Super line holders can switch directly to Public Sector line while Student, Bil Khidmeh, Ma3ak and Tawasol line holders need to switch to magic line first and then to Public Sector at any touch service center/POP
- Line should be in Active status or Grace (Magic) with the required amount balance to switch to P1 or P2
- Upon switching to Public Sector, the line will lose all active bundles/services and validity will be set to 30 days.
Previous balance will remain, while the price of the Public Sector bundle will be deducted respectively $4.5 for P1 or $7.5 for P2
Switch between Public Sector offers:
Public Sector 1 line can switch to Public Sector 2 line and vice versa by sending an SMS to 1144:
-Simply text “P1” for Public Sector 1 offer or “P2” for Public Sector 2 offer (free of charge). Line should be active with the required amount of balance to switch to P1 or P2
-Upon switching plans, the line will lose all active bundles/services and validity will be set to 30 days.
Previous balance will remain, while the price of the Public Sector bundle will be deducted respectively $4.5 for P1 or $7.5 for P2
Switch from Public Sector offer:
-Public Sector P1 or P2 (in active/suspend periods) can be switched only to prepaid Magic line at any touch service center/POP. Remaining P1 or P2 bundle's minutes/SMS/MBs, available credits, active services and validity will be lost.
Upon successful switch, the magic line will have 5 days suspend period to be recharged or else it will get deactivated.
-Public Sector Line can be switched to postpaid. Any remaining P1 or P2 bundle's minutes/SMS/MBs, available credits, active services and validity will be lost.
2. Data consumption:
Active data plans on the line will be consumed successively:
- First Whatsapp bundle MB,
- Followed by the Public Sector bundle MB
- Followed by HSI MB
- And finally Pay As You Go usage ($0.01/MB)
3. Bundled minutes and SMS are for local usage only. They exclude calling or texting short codes, which will be deducted from the line credit balance.
