Beirut on July 3, 2022: Touch issued a statement denying what has been circulating on social media regarding recharge cards, specifically the 4.5 USD.

 

Messages are being circulated warning customers “not to recharge their lines with the $4.5 voucher, claiming that it will cancel their one-year line validity”, which is completely denied by touch. The new monthly recharge card benefits holders of Magic prepaid lines, and data lines of both types, Data Only and Broadband Residential, in addition to the validity of 30 days.

 

Finally, touch invites all customers to visit its website and the mobile application to get the latest information and updates of all services. They can also get in touch with the company through the contact center 111 or the live chat, in addition to the SMS messages they receive from the company directly, and the official statements published in various media.
