How to subscribe:
- Entitled customers are Lebanese people registered at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
- Customers (or designated delegates) must visit touch service centers and present the Handicap ID, the Lebanese ID to benefit from a new Ma3ak plan. Assigned delegates must fill and sign the delegation form.
- The new line fee (including the bundle) is $7.5.
- If already a touch prepaid subscriber, customer should present in addition to the required documents, the prepaid touch SIM card. A minimum amount of $1.5 is required to perform a successful switch at touch premises. To note that the available balance will remain, however the validity will be reset to 30 days & any active services will be lost.
- Blocked and lost SIM reissue costs $1.67.
- Each customer can only benefit from 1 "Ma3ak" line.
