MIC2 intends to acquire a Revenue Assurance System (RAS) to avoid revenue leakage and ensure accurate billing across its telecommunications services. The supplier will be responsible for system integration, data collection, validation, reconciliation, deployment, training, and ongoing support.

Select a carrier capable of delivering a comprehensive roaming steering solution that meets MIC2 technical and business requirements. The steering tool will help MIC2 manage and optimize the routing of outbound traffic (voice, data, SMS) for their customers who are roaming internationally. It will improve MIC2 customers’ experience while roaming because this tool ensures that customers connect to the most efficient, cost-effective, and reliable networks available in their roaming destination.

touch (Mobile Interim Company No. 2 S.A.L.) is inviting qualified and experienced Direct Operator Billing (DOB) Aggregators to express their interest in joining its non-exclusive, multi-aggregator DOB framework. The DOB service allows touch prepaid and postpaid subscribers to purchase approved digital content — such as gaming, OTT/streaming, news, education, and productivity services — and pay directly through their mobile balance or invoice, with no credit card required. Under the framework, touch appoints aggregators on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis, and retains full control over service approval, subscriber eligibility, spending caps, and API access. Interested parties must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the attached agreement (Annex 1), including a minimum of five years of DOB aggregation experience, live commercial integrations with at least three telecom operators across at least two countries, a combined addressable subscriber base of 20 million or more, at least three active revenue-generating merchants (digital content providers), and the ability to provide a USD 50,000 performance bond.
